4-5 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornflour

Method
- Peel and pit the mangoes. Blend the mangoes in a food processor until it is smooth.
- Dissolve the sugar in the milk. Stir in the cornflour. Heat this mixture in a saucepan over moderate heat till it thickens.
- Pour this into the food processor and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Transfer the pudding into a bowl and refrigerate till it sets.
