Disclaimer !!!

I love to cook, when inspiration strikes... when I am feeling happy... and when I want to work off a temper... some of my best creations come out of this, and it's therapeutic...

I've learnt what I know from my Aunts (maternal and honorary, my Mom hates to cook) and my Sis-in-Law... and often Google recipes, do my research... then throw stuff together... some times it doesn't work, most times it does...

I am not a regular blogger... and I confess that my style of blogging a recipe is random... I blog as I cooked it... just occasionally I will copy / paste a recipe... either if I followed it exactly, or if I want in on my blog but didn't try it out at all...

I am constantly pinning recipes to my Pinterest board: Food & Favorite Recipes... I don't think I'll ever get around to trying them all... but I'm a hoarder... and hoarding recipes on Pinterest is harmless right???

also I am awful at taking photos while I cook... but absolutely love to take photos of food (among other things) ... which I upload on Flickr... if you want to use the photos (from the blog or Flickr...) ask... if I used a photo that I didn't take... I give credit...
