Ingredients
1/2 pound of boiled potatoes
1/3 pound of curd
1 teaspoon of olive oil
10-20 basil leaves finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method

Method
- Peel and mash the potatoes. Add the salt and curd. Mix it in well.
- Heat the oil and stir fry the basil in it till crisp. Add the pepper and stir a few times before turning off the heat.
- Mix this into the mashed potato/curd mixture.
